Who's this being run by? Zariya Lufu. I live in England with my two teens (which is mostly wonderful!). I have a degree in Psychology, a Masters in Integral Theory… and training Psychodrama, Theraplay, and Attachment Family Focused Therapy. I've done loads of therapy on myself to heal the range of adversity I had in childhood. Healing myself means I can serve people like you… to live a life you love!
I'm on a mission to teach the skills of love to those who've been emotionally neglected ot abused or gone through adversity in childhood so they can thrive in love and life as adults…

I am kinder and happier now.
The biggest shift I've seen in myself is a lessening of my critical voice. It's huge for me. Lessening the critical voice has helped me to get in touch with my feelings and inner child. I used to fight against that – I grew up in a critical family. It's a space to get support when you don't have a support system. Acceptance is abundant in the group. It’s made me more empathic towards myself.
The tools that Zariya has shared has helped so much.
I was mostly in fight or flight all the time. Now I'm thinking clearly, taking care of myself vs not thinking clearly and just reacting. I'm learning I don't need to be hard on myself. I'm learning to love myself better. If anyone is on the fence: you're so worth it. To learn to love yourself is an amazing gift.
I was becoming completely overwhelmed by anxiety.
Zariya taught me how to engage with the anxiety. In one week I went from thinking I'd need to increase my anxiety medication to a life changing shift which has calmed my anxiety over 4 days… I slept most of the night for the 1st time in 2 months last night and my mind is peaceful. It's been incredible for me.
It allowed me to set healthy boundaries…
As I’ve learned how to self-empathize, I’m finding those deep, aching wounds are starting to feel like they are healing… because I am understanding how I should have been responded to and how to respond that way myself. It feels like self-parenting but also like learning a healthy way to see how I should have been treated in the past and how I should be now and in the future.
